We don’t know everything about everything. I believe this is the main reason some people are stagnant or skeptical about doing things. Maybe I’m wrong but this is my experience. Yes, I am guilty of over thinking! I’m probably prime suspect number 1! *side eye emoji* For example, my lovely blog you’re visiting right now! I’ve had my domain since the summer of last year. The idea has been in my head even longer! Sleepless nights come from over thinking! But, I thought I needed to know all the ends and outs of starting a blog. My Pinterest is filled with many “How To’s” and “What I wish I knew,” on blogging.
Over thinking has made things difficult at times, because I ended up with negative thoughts along the way. Those thoughts slowed and sometimes halted my progress on getting things done. I struggled with it in making my blog and in life as well. Adding depression in the mix made it more than difficult. However, I am in a place where I feel that sharing my experiences and thoughts can help others. It is why I wanted to start a blog in the first place. I’ve learned that it’s okay to feel uncertainty and have questions about things. That, I shouldn’t “lean on my own understanding,” because there are things I won’t understand. Life is one huge hypothesis, and you have to keep testing it until the results are more than you dreamed they could be!
So, here’s to the launch of Flawed Lovely. *raises glass of wine* One result I know is right from testing my hypothesis! *Cheers!*
I hope you visit again, because I have a lot to share! Don’t be afraid to drop a comment or email a note! Stay tuned & subscribe for new posts & exclusive content!
